Being Vested in the Mission Means Being Vested in the Children

When Urban Roots and the Make The World Better organization identified a site for a renewed community resource, NorthStar was selected to be Owners Representative for Phase 2 of this two city block project. With several stakeholders including the City of Philadelphia (Owner), NorthStar is carefully navigating the goals and interests of all parties while preparing a detailed schedule and budget reflecting multiple city, state, and private funding sources including the NFL. This project will breathe new life into the site with a renovated playground and turf field.
