Telling the Client the Truth, the Whole Truth and Nothing but the Truth

Planned as an educational facility first and museum second, this new facility designed by Moshie Safdie was slated for a location on Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia. NorthStar worked with The Philadelphia Holocaust Remembrance Foundation on their operational and capital budget development to analyze the feasibility and long-term-sustainability of their planned building. Unfortunately, based on the plans, location and NorthStar’s analysis, there was no clear path for the new facility to be sustainable. At this point in time, the project has not been completed.
