Making Sports and Museum History

Home 9 Project 9 Making Sports and Museum History
The Museum of Sports – one of the world’s few museums celebrating all national sports – will house rare, world-class memorabilia (including a one of a kind Babe Ruth 1927 game-used uniform and original “Breaking the Color Barrier” Brooklyn Dodgers contract of Jackie Robinson) and high-tech virtual reality experiences. This monumental project for the City of Philadelphia has the outstanding support of Philadelphia City officials, including Former Governor Ed Rendell, Mayor Kenney, District Councilman Kenyatta Johnson. The museum will be located across from Lincoln Financial Field.
