Playing Well in the Sandbox Together

Located directly on the Christiana River in downtown Wilmington, the 37,000 SF Delaware Children’s Museum is the state’s very first children’s museum. As Owners Representative, NorthStar became partners with DCM working on their behalf in negotiations with the city of Wilmington, the developer Pettinaro, and the Riverfront. After this project, NorthStar’s Ron Street was appointed to the Board and ultimately Board Chair due to his vision and commitment to the Museum.
