Preservation Doesn’t Mean Overbudget

Faced with deteriorating interiors and need to move materials into one location for the John C. Haas Archive, the Chemical Heritage Foundation looked to NorthStar Owners Representation for the renovation of their building. After NorthStar completed an independent assessment of the façade preservation requirements, value engineering options and construction budget and schedule, it was clear creativity was needed to meet the tight budget. By eliminating six weeks, NorthStar met the tight budget while preserving the façade and expanding the archive to hold 8,500 feet of material.
