Multiple Parties & Approvals – One Goal

For this interior and exterior renovation of two historic buildings and surrounding campus in Fairmount Park, management of the project team, stakeholders and State agencies was critical. NorthStar represented the Cancer Support Community of Greater Philadelphia in facilitating and obtaining a Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) grant with complex interaction with the PIDC and other State of Pennsylvania appointed agencies.

With a watchful eye on historic preservation, NorthStar worked with the project team and the Fairmount Historic Trust to find creative solutions for the mechanical systems of the buildings.
