Starting Small with Hopes to Grow

NorthStar was selected by the Children’s Science Center of Northern Virginia to create their business plan and focus on what could sustain operations for this new museum over the short and long-term. This plan considered all facets of the museum including rationale, mission, operations, staffing as well as surveys and community outreach. Due to the scope and wish list for ongoing growth, the NorthStar team’s recommendation was to proceed with Phase 1 of the project. The Lab is an interactive STEM-based space within the Fair Oaks Mall.
